This means your ATCU is under continuous 24/7 oversight, supported by weekly engineer-reviewed reports that provide actionable insights into system efficiency and reliability.

Customized Service Plans

Each monitoring plan is customized to the customer’s requirements. Praecis can provide whatever level of support required.

Generally, we recommend 24/7 monitoring with alerts (if the Critical Point Temperature is out of a specified range) and a weekly automated report (summarizing the system’s activity and highlighting potential concerns).

Praecis Support can also monitor your system for a specified interval allowing your system to be evaluated and adjusted.

Dedicated Engineering support

Engineering support is available on an hourly basis and can be purchased in advance as a block of hours.
